Nothing really to compare it with through. Actually getting referred back to spoke rehab would have worked 'Very poor' but assure that is not for this form.

Work by King George physiotherapist (especially to complete referral assessment) concentrated on standing and less, It was several weeks before this continued in stroke rehab but and essential when considering mobility and ability to transfer referral into D2A process was a bit hurried and communication could have been better just as improvements began to this had been initiated. Not convinced community OT/physio will be able to give enough help in 4 weeks D2A due to waiting IPST and their workload pending.

The staff in Daisy ward are great they understand how the patients feel.

No. Nothing the nurses and staff done everything to get me back home.
